1. Coverage: Our warranty policy covers the armature and coil of every machine sold. In case of manufacturing defects only in brand new machines, we will provide free replacement of a non warranty part and in some cases entire machine. For products not powered by Armature and Coils, please confirm with authorized distributor which parts are covered under warranty.

2. Duration: We provide 6 months warranty. This warranty period starts from the date of sale through our authorized distributors, giving you confidence in the durability and performance of your Khaitan Power Tools.

3. Exclusions: In the following cases warranty is not provided: 

• Accident, Negligence, Misuse, Improper Use (Overload)
• Thievery, Flood & Natural Calamities
• Unauthorized Repairs
• Voltage Fluctuation
• Entry of Water, Slurry, Dust
• Armature with heavy commutator wear

4. Process: A clear photo of the damaged armature/coil must be shared with corresponding warranty card matching the serial number of the machine along with photo of machine. (Bill of purchase will help in authenticating process). In case of manufacturing defects, clear video showing defect and proof of defect taking place in brand new machine must be shown.
